Project Steps

1. This design was etched in stages.The technique allows the use of a particular stencil image multiple times on the same project when you don't have enough to etch all simultaneously. Additionally, it enables stencil images to be placed in closer proximity than the stencil borders would otherwise permit.
2. After preparing the glass, place the letters into position. See the lettering tutorial if necessary. Follow the etching cream instructions to etch the words onto the glass.
3. Follow the rub n etch instructions to rub the dragonflies into position. Use the etching cream, as before, to etch them onto the jar.
4. Lay the netting over the mouth of the jar and secure with ribbon.
