Project Steps
- This design was etched in stages. The technique allows the use of a particular stencil image multiple times on the same project when you don't have enough to etch all simultaneously. Additionally, it enables stencil images to be placed in closer proximity than the stencil borders would otherwise permit.
- After preparing the glass, place the bubbles border vertically down the left side of the glass with a shell or seahorse to the right of the border stencil.
- Follow the etching cream instructions to etch the bubbles and shell onto the glass.
- Repeat the process of adding the bubble border and second stencil to the glass and etching with the cream on each of the remaining glass pieces in the set.
- Add sparkling embellishments to the bubbles and shells as desired.
