Project Steps
- After preparing the glass, place the female dress top centered on the champagne flute.Place the Happy New Year on the bottom of the champagne bottle and the mustache at the bottom of the bottle neck. Follow the etching cream instructions to etch these onto the glass.
- Place the Happy New Year near the top of the other champagne flute and use the etching cream as before to etch it onto the glass.
- Dress and embellish the bottle and glasses as shown. Glue the white feathers to the rim of the flute and the small bottle into one of the scrunchies before using it on the flute.
